Spent my New Year's holiday at a superb hilltop apartment. The hotel offered a great and welcoming environment with a friendly staff that created a comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and well-designed with a double-decker layout, which was so much fun for my kids. the location was excellent, set above tea plantations with breathtaking views. We enjoyed the brilliant views while munching on a delectable breakfast, which was good and satisfying.
Though everything was amazing, the hotel's internet connection was weak, which proved to be quite frustrating when I couldn't get online. , the hotel's water pressure was low and unpredictable at times, which created a minor inconvenience.
